This plugin has the hability to trade the title and ALT of all the pix in post content.
The plugin lists the posts on a desk which you may order by means of name or category.
When you choose one post, you see the pics it has on it’s content, with a thumbnail and modern-day (if any) identify and ALT values. You can edit them from there.
