Keep your database and attachments with scheduled jobs, get the backups via email or ship it to Dropbox. It mechanically creates the archive of your database and documents. Uses default WP Cron. Once you activate this plugin, it's going to backup your WordPress file for your backup and once completed, it will send user an email notification of the completion.
